After church, we drove up to Loveland to meet my family and my Great-Grandma Likely for lunch. It has been a couple of months since we saw her, and since Mindy and her family were in town, we decided to take a nice leisurely drive and visit with her. We don't generally go out to eat on Sundays, but the thought of taking 5 wild children into Grandma's home and inevitably her feeling like she had to cook was out of the question.

It is such a blessing that my children have had the opportunity to know her. How many people can say they knew their great-great grandma? She turns 100 in May, and is still "alive and kickin'" as the saying goes.We love you Grandma and we were so happy to see you!
